Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the zucchini by grating it and squeezing out excess moisture.
- Mix the grated zucchini with minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into small, bite-sized rounds and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
