Instructions
- Prepare the vegetables: Start by finely chopping the onion, carrots, and celery.
- Sauté the garlic: Add the minced garlic to the pot and sauté for another minute.
- Brown the meat: Increase the heat and add the ground beef or veal.
- Pour in the wine: Carefully pour in the white wine and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add the milk: Reduce the heat to low and stir in the whole milk.
