Instructions
- Divide the beef: Take your ground beef and divide it into balls, about 4 oz each.
- Preheat the griddle or skillet: Heat your pan over medium-high heat.
- Smash the patties: Place a beef ball on the griddle and smash down hard with a spatula; season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until crispy: Let it cook undisturbed for about 3 to 4 minutes until the edges caramelize.
