- Salt, to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
- 4 Burger Buns
- 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Onion, sliced
- Pickles, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.
- Shape the patties into loose balls (about 4 ounces each).
- Sizzle the beef balls in the skillet and smash them down with a spatula.
- Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Caramelize the onions in a separate pan over low heat until golden brown.
- Add a slice of cheddar on top of the patties to melt.
- Toast the burger buns in the skillet until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers with the patty, cheese, caramelized onions, and pickles in between the buns.
Notes
