  • 1 packet Sloppy joe mix
  • 1 box Cheddar bay biscuit mix
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted
  • Optional toppings: Green onions, Parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the sloppy joe mix and stir until evenly coated. Let it simmer for a few minutes to develop flavor.
  4. Prepare the biscuit mix according to the package instructions, adding milk and melted butter.
  5. Layer the sloppy joe mixture evenly in a baking dish, then spoon dollops of biscuit dough over the top.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the biscuit mix.
