- 1 packet Sloppy joe mix
- 1 box Cheddar bay biscuit mix
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Butter, melted
- Optional toppings: Green onions, Parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the sloppy joe mix and stir until evenly coated. Let it simmer for a few minutes to develop flavor.
- Prepare the biscuit mix according to the package instructions, adding milk and melted butter.
- Layer the sloppy joe mixture evenly in a baking dish, then spoon dollops of biscuit dough over the top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the biscuit mix.
- Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and the casserole is bubbling.
Notes
