- 1 Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Shred the Chicken: Remove the skin and shred the rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, and frozen mixed vegetables; stir well.
- Transfer to a Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading evenly.
- Add Cheese: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture.
- Top with Bread Crumbs: Generously sprinkle bread crumbs over the cheese.
- Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling.
Notes
This casserole can be prepared in advance and stored in the fridge for up to two days before baking. Leftovers can be reheated in the microwave or oven.
