- 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together the cake mix, eggs, water, and oil in a large bowl until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
- Poke holes all over the surface of the cake using the end of a wooden spoon.
- Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the cake, ensuring it seeps into the holes.
- Divide the whipped topping into three bowls, coloring one red, one blue, and leaving one white.
- Spread blue topping on one side, red on the other, and white in the center for a patriotic effect.
