Instructions

- Chop the Veggies: While the pasta is cooking, chop your cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
- Make the Dressing: In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
- Combine Ingredients: Add the cooled pasta and chopped vegetables to the bowl with the dressing. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
