Instructions
- Rinse and drain the chickpeas thoroughly.
- Chop the cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine the chickpeas, chopped vegetables, and olives in a large bowl.
- Make the dressing by whisking together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
