Instructions

  2. Sauté the garlic in a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp, seasoning with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Incorporate the fresh spinach, stirring until wilted.
  5. Combine the cooked orzo, lemon juice, and lemon zest in the skillet. Add reserved pasta water if needed for creaminess.
  6. Final seasoning adjustments can be made. Serve immediately and enjoy!
