- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
- 6 cloves Fresh Garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Rest the Chicken: Transfer the chicken to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice and Serve: Slice the chicken and serve immediately or prepare for meal prep containers.
