- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.
- Pop the dish into the oven and bake for 30–35 minutes.
- Once baked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispy skin, broil the chicken for the last 2–3 minutes of cooking. Always allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes for better flavor.
