- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 cups spinach or mixed greens
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the filling: In a medium bowl, combine the canned tuna, Greek yogurt, diced celery, and red onion. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
- Add spices: Sprinkle in garlic powder, pepper, and any other seasonings you love.
- Assemble the wrap: Lay out the whole wheat tortillas and layer a generous amount of the tuna mixture down the center. Add a handful of spinach and top with shredded cheese.
- Wrap it up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- Cook the wrap: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
