Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb Gnocchi
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 cups Tomato Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1 tsp Italian herbs (oregano and basil)
Instructions
- Cook the Gnocchi: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, then add the gnocchi. Cook according to package instructions or until they float to the surface. Drain and set aside.

- Mix in Tomato Sauce: Pour in the tomato sauce, stirring to combine. Allow it to simmer for about 5 minutes, letting the flavors meld.
- Add Cream: Stir in the heavy cream, followed by the Italian herbs. Let it simmer for another 2 minutes.
- Combine: Add the cooked gnocchi to the sauce, tossing gently to coat.
- Serve and Enjoy: Plate the dish and garnish with fresh basil or grated Parmesan if desired.
