- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prep the chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
- Season the chicken pieces in a bowl with garlic powder, Parmesan, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes in a single layer.
- Flip the chicken bites halfway through cooking for even browning, then cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve immediately topped with fresh parsley.
Notes
For added spice, mix in cayenne pepper or buffalo sauce after cooking. Consider adding roasted veggies for a complete meal.
