Description

A vibrant and refreshing salsa made with ripe peaches, jalapeños, and lime juice, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 Ripe Peaches, diced
  • 1/2 Red Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Jalapeño Pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the peaches thoroughly.
  2. Slice them in half to remove the pit, then chop the flesh into small cubes.
  3. Finely chop about half a red onion and add it to the bowl with the chopped peaches.
  4. Slice a jalapeño pepper in half, remove the seeds (if you prefer less heat), and finely dice it. Mix it into the bowl.
  5. Add a generous handful of chopped cilantro to the mixture.
  6. Squeeze the juice of one lime over the ingredients, and gently toss everything together until well combined.
  7. Season with salt to taste, then sample your Fresh Peach Salsa to see if it needs any adjustments!

Notes

If peaches aren’t in season, try using mangoes for a tropical twist. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
