- 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 2 cups tortilla chips
Instructions
- Cook the meat: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or turkey until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add seasoning: Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the meat, adding a splash of water if needed to help the spices adhere. Stir until everything is well combined and fragrant.
- Prepare the veggies: While the meat is cooking, chop the lettuce and dice the tomatoes.
- Assemble the salad: In a large bowl, layer the lettuce, cooked meat, black beans, and tomatoes.
