A comforting and cheesy chicken spaghetti casserole that’s perfect for family dinners and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup onions, diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  3. Sauté the diced bell peppers and onions until soft in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Combine the cooked spaghetti, sautéed veggies, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, and half of the cheddar cheese in a large bowl. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for about 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.
