Ingredients

- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup onions, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- Sauté the diced bell peppers and onions until soft in a skillet over medium heat.
- Combine the cooked spaghetti, sautéed veggies, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, and half of the cheddar cheese in a large bowl. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
