Instructions
- Form the patties by dividing the ground beef into equal portions without overhandling.
- Heat the pan over medium-high heat until hot.
- Cook the patties in the skillet and smash them down with a spatula, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Add shredded cheese on top of the cooked patties and cover to melt.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan for about 30 seconds on each side.
