Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound Chicken Thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 Green Onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Whisk together until well blended.
- Marinate the Chicken: Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes, or up to 2 hours if time allows.
- Skewering: Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving space between each piece for even cooking.
- Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill the Skewers: Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve: Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
For extra flavor, add bell peppers or zucchini to your skewers. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
