Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (frozen peas and carrots or your choice)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar recommended)
- 1 cup baking mix
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix chicken, veggies, and soup: Combine the cooked chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and milk in a large bowl. Stir and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Prepare the biscuit topping: In a separate bowl, combine the baking mix, cheese, egg, and a dash of milk. Mix until smooth.
- Spoon the topping over the chicken mixture, spreading it carefully.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the biscuit topping is golden brown and cooked through.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
