- 4–5 Chicken Breasts
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Italian Dressing
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Spinach (optional)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken: Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water, then pat dry with paper towels.
- Layer your ingredients: Place the chicken in the bottom of your crockpot. Pour the Italian dressing over the top, followed by dollops of cream cheese and a sprinkle of garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Set it and forget it: Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
- Stir in the spinach: About 30 minutes before serving, add in the spinach and Parmesan cheese. Stir well to combine.
- Serve and enjoy: Shred the chicken with two forks and stir it back into the sauce. Serve over rice or pasta.
Notes
You can use Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese for a lighter version. Freeze leftovers for up to 3 months.
