Ingredients

  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Seasoned Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by placing the breasts at the bottom of your crockpot.
  2. Mix the cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, garlic, seasoned salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken, ensuring it’s well coated.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  5. Shred the chicken with two forks once cooked.
  6. Add the shredded chicken back to the crockpot and mix with the sauce; then stir in the cheddar cheese.
  7. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or pasta.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, leave the lid off during the last hour of cooking. Use Greek yogurt for a healthier twist or tacos seasoning for a flavor change.
