- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- Seasoned Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by placing the breasts at the bottom of your crockpot.
- Mix the cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, garlic, seasoned salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks once cooked.
- Add the shredded chicken back to the crockpot and mix with the sauce; then stir in the cheddar cheese.
- Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or pasta.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, leave the lid off during the last hour of cooking. Use Greek yogurt for a healthier twist or tacos seasoning for a flavor change.
