- 1 tsp Rosemary

Instructions
- Prepare your chicken: Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add vegetables: Layer the diced onions, carrots, and celery on top of the chicken.
- Mix in rice and seasonings: Sprinkle the wild rice over the vegetables and add garlic, thyme, rosemary, and pepper.
- Pour in the broth: Add the low-sodium chicken broth, ensuring the rice is submerged.
- Cook: Cover and set your crockpot on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Finish the soup: In the last 30 minutes of cooking, shred the chicken directly in the pot using two forks. Stir in the heavy cream if desired.
