- 1 packet Ranch Seasoning Mix
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 2 Green Onions, chopped

- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, lower the heat. Add cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Combine: Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over it. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with chopped green onions before plating.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute cream cheese with Greek yogurt and chicken with turkey. Can serve over pasta or cauliflower rice.
