Instructions
- Cook your pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then add them to the skillet. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked, approximately 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Pour in the cream, stirring to combine, then add in the grated Parmesan and let it melt.
- If using spinach, stir it in just until wilted.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and chicken, tossing to coat well.
