Instructions
- Prepare the seasoning: Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Sauté the chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Create the sauce: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant. Be careful not to burn it!
- Add cream and cheese: Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Combine: Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the luscious sauce. Allow everything to simmer together for about 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
