Instructions

  2. Combine the cooked chicken, diced potatoes, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, half of the cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  4. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese, sprinkling it over the entire dish.
  5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
