- 8 oz penne or rotini pasta
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water.
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and let drain, then crumble.
- Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 5–7 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic, cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Lower the heat and mix in cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth until smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat, adjusting the sauce consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
- Stir in the bacon and Parmesan cheese, cooking for another 2–3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional cheese and herbs if desired.
Notes
You can swap heavy cream for Greek yogurt to lighten it up. Add veggies like spinach or broccoli for color and nutrition.
