Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the softened cream cheese with chopped fresh herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Create pockets in the chicken breasts by slicing them horizontally.
- Fill each pocket with the cream cheese mixture and secure openings if necessary.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
