- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Shape the loaf: Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Add a thin layer of ketchup on top for the signature glaze.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
