- 1 cup Cheese (like cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying or baking
Instructions
- Prep the potatoes: Boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash them in a large bowl.
- Mix ingredients: Stir in the cheese, eggs, and seasonings. Make sure everything is evenly combined.
- Shape the balls: Scoop out portions of the mixture, rolling them into balls about the size of a golf ball.
- Coat with breadcrumbs: Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until fully covered.
- Fry or bake: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the balls until golden brown or place them on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
