Ingredients

Instructions
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- Prepare the dressing by whisking together lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Mix the cooked pasta, chopped cilantro, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and corn in a large bowl. If using avocado, incorporate it gently.
- Dress the salad with the prepared dressing, tossing gently.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning with more lime juice or salt if needed.
