- 1 cup Rice (white or brown)
- 2 cloves Garlic (fresh, minced)
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 2 tablespoons Parsley (fresh, chopped)

- Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
- Sauté the chicken in a large skillet with olive oil, seasoned with salt and pepper for about 6-7 minutes on each side.
