- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, half of the cheddar cheese, and seasonings in a large bowl.
- Transfer the meat mixture into a greased casserole dish and mold it into a loaf shape.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
Don’t overmix the meat mixture and let the casserole rest for 10 minutes after baking.
