Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Start by slicing the boneless chicken breast into thin strips.
- Sauté Garlic: In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Cook the Chicken: Add the sliced chicken breast to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Mix in Cheese: Reduce the heat to low, stir in the cream cheese until melted, then add the shredded cheese and stir until gooey.
- Assemble the Wraps: On each tortilla, layer spinach followed by a scoop of the cheesy chicken mixture. Roll tightly.
