- 4 Boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup Fresh Asparagus, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the filling by mixing together the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic, and asparagus in a medium bowl until well combined.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast for stuffing.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the creamy filling and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- Season the outside of the chicken with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.
- Place the stuffed chicken in a baking dish and bake for about 25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Consider using spinach or ricotta cheese for variations. Add herbs or spices for extra flavor.
