Description

A quick and easy Burrata Pasta recipe that’s ready in just 30 minutes, perfect for impressing guests or enjoying a cozy family dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz Pasta (any shape)
  • 8 oz Burrata Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups Spinach, fresh
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh Basil, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, approximately 8-10 minutes.
  2. Sauté the Garlic: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add Cherry Tomatoes: Toss in the halved tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook until tomatoes soften, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Incorporate Spinach: Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  5. Combine with Pasta: Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet, tossing to combine flavors.
  6. Add Burrata: Remove skillet from heat and add burrata, breaking it up gently so it melts into the pasta.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Plate the dish and garnish with fresh basil if desired.

Notes

For a healthier swap, consider using whole grain or gluten-free pasta. Add seasonal vegetables for a refreshing touch.
