- 8 oz Burrata Cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups Spinach, fresh
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Fresh Basil, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, approximately 8-10 minutes.
- Sauté the Garlic: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add Cherry Tomatoes: Toss in the halved tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook until tomatoes soften, about 5-7 minutes.
- Incorporate Spinach: Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- Combine with Pasta: Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet, tossing to combine flavors.
- Add Burrata: Remove skillet from heat and add burrata, breaking it up gently so it melts into the pasta.
- Serve and Enjoy: Plate the dish and garnish with fresh basil if desired.
