Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Add in the egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf.
- Spread ketchup over the top generously.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Allow it to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
