  • 1/2 cup (65 g) all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment.
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan or microwave; let it cool slightly.
  3. Whisk together the sugar and melted butter until glossy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each.
  5. Sift in cocoa powder and flour, then fold gently until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing the top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  8. Cool in the pan on a wire rack for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
