Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prep a 12-cup muffin pan with liners or non-stick spray.
- Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
- Combine the melted butter, buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl.
- Combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and fold until just combined.
- Add the blueberries and gently fold into the batter.
- Fill the muffin tins about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For a different twist, add lemon zest or substitute with other berries like raspberries or strawberries.
