Instructions
- Marinate the chicken: In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken with the buttermilk. Let it sit for 15 minutes; this will make it incredibly tender.
- Prepare the coating: In another bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
