Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 225°F (about 110°C).
- Slice the zucchini into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Coat the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, Parmesan, salt, and optional spices in a mixing bowl.
- Arrange the zucchini slices on a lined baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy and golden, flipping halfway.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
