Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir well until fully blended.
  2. Add the wet ingredients: Create a small well in the center of your dry mixture. Add the eggs and Greek yogurt into the well, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough: Lightly dust your working surface with almond flour. Transfer the dough and gently knead until smooth.
