Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir well until fully blended.
- Add the wet ingredients: Create a small well in the center of your dry mixture. Add the eggs and Greek yogurt into the well, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough: Lightly dust your working surface with almond flour. Transfer the dough and gently knead until smooth.
- Shape the bagels: Divide the dough into four equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball, then poke a hole through the center to shape it into a bagel.
- Preheat the air fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 330°F (165°C).
- Cook the bagels: Place bagels in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
