Description

Crispy and delicious Air Fryer Fried Pickles, a healthier take on a comforting family favorite.


Ingredients

  • Pickles (dill or bread-and-butter)
  • Almond Flour
  • Cornmeal
  • Paprika
  • Garlic Powder
  • Eggs
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain your pickles and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. Combine almond flour, cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in one bowl. Beat the eggs in another bowl.
  3. Dip each pickle slice into the egg mixture, then into the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Arrange the coated pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  6. Once done, remove the pickles from the air fryer and serve warm.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add cayenne pepper to the breadcrumb mixture. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
