Crispy and delicious Air Fryer Fried Pickles, a healthier take on a comforting family favorite.
Ingredients
- Pickles (dill or bread-and-butter)
- Almond Flour
- Cornmeal
- Paprika
- Garlic Powder
- Eggs
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Drain your pickles and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Combine almond flour, cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in one bowl. Beat the eggs in another bowl.
- Dip each pickle slice into the egg mixture, then into the breadcrumb mixture.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the coated pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Once done, remove the pickles from the air fryer and serve warm.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add cayenne pepper to the breadcrumb mixture. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
