- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil (or melted butter)
Instructions
- Prepare apples: Wash and slice the apples into thin wedges.
- Mix coating: In a small bowl, combine cinnamon, sugar, and flour.
- Coat apples: Toss apple wedges in a bowl with melted coconut oil, then add the dry mix.
- Preheat air fryer: Set air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Air fry: Place apple slices in a single layer and air fry for 10-15 minutes until golden, shaking halfway.
- Serve warm: Enjoy with vanilla ice cream or caramel drizzle.
