Delicious Turkish chicken kebabs marinated in rich spices, perfect for gatherings and quick dinners.
Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs Boneless Chicken Thighs
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Bell Peppers and Red Onion for skewering
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Add the chicken thighs and coat them well in the marinade. Cover and let marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Chop the bell peppers and red onion into bite-sized pieces.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, alternating with pieces of bell pepper and onion.
- Grill the skewers for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Serve warm with additional lemon juice drizzled on top.
Notes
Marinate longer for deeper flavors. Use metal skewers for better heat conduction.
