  • Author: recipeshub24

Description

Tender chicken breasts seared to perfection and smothered in a rich, buttery sauce with smoky paprika and honey, inspired by the famous Texas Roadhouse flavors.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter

  • 2 teaspoons honey

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.

  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook each side for 5-6 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.

  • Pour chicken broth into the skillet, scraping up any browned bits. Stir in the prepared butter mixture and reduce heat to low. Let simmer until the sauce thickens.

  • Return chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

  • Garnish with parsley (optional) and serve.
