Ingredients
-
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
-
2 tablespoons olive oil
-
1/4 cup unsalted butter
-
2 teaspoons honey
-
1 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
-
1/2 teaspoon salt
-
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
-
1/4 cup chicken broth
-
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 425°F.
-
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook each side for 5-6 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.

Pour chicken broth into the skillet, scraping up any browned bits. Stir in the prepared butter mixture and reduce heat to low. Let simmer until the sauce thickens.
-
Return chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
-
Garnish with parsley (optional) and serve.
