Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, diced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat for 5–7 minutes.
- Drain excess fat, then stir in the cream of mushroom soup and milk until combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer the frozen tater tots over the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the tater tots.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown.
- Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
