  • Skewers (metal or soaked wooden)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, tandoori spice mix, lemon juice, vegetable oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Cut the chicken into bite-sized chunks, add to the marinade, and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat the Grill: Heat the grill to medium-high or preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  4. Skewer the Chicken: Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.
  5. Grill the Skewers: Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and charred.
